Since founding Energos with Apollo Global Management, Arthur has led the creation and scaling of this global LNG infrastructure platform, combining rapid project delivery with long-term operational reliability to support energy security in key markets.

He brings more than 35 years of experience across maritime operations, LNG shipping and infrastructure investment, and is a long-standing Operating Partner within Apollo’s maritime investment platforms.

Prior to Energos, Arthur held senior executive and board roles across global shipping and logistics companies, including leading recapitalization and strategic renewal programmes at Chembulk Tankers and Genco Shipping & Trading (NYSE: GNK). He holds a B.S. in Marine Transportation Management from SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler.

Kevin is responsible for Energos’ financial strategy, capital structure and governance, supporting disciplined growth and long-term value creation across the company.

With more than 20 years of senior financial leadership in the maritime, energy and transportation sectors, he has managed both publicly listed and financial sponsor–backed businesses. His experience spans debt and equity capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, SEC reporting, investor relations and corporate governance.

Kevin has worked extensively with private equity sponsors including Apollo, Cerberus and KKR, and previously served as CFO of NYSE-listed Diamond S Shipping and Oslo-listed Team Tankers International. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mike oversees fleet operations, marine assurance, legal and regulatory matters across Energos’ global LNG infrastructure portfolio, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant delivery in complex operating environments.

He brings more than 35 years of experience across maritime operations, global logistics and maritime law. Most recently, Mike served as General Counsel of Eagle Bulk Shipping (NYSE) through its merger with Star Bulk in 2024. Previously, he was General Counsel and Head of Global Operations at Principal Maritime Management and a Partner at Haight Gardner Holland & Knight, specializing in admiralty law.

He holds a B.S. in Nautical Science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and is a USCG-licensed Chief Mate, Unlimited Tonnage.

Blake leads Energos’ global commercial strategy, business development and customer engagement, with responsibility for originating and structuring long-term FSRU contracts across emerging and established LNG markets.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across the maritime and energy sectors, including 15 years at ExxonMobil in commercial and business development roles spanning LNG, shipping and low carbon solutions. His work includes new LNG market development across Europe and Latin America and the origination of multiple FSRU-based import solutions globally.

He holds a B.Sc. from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy.

Michele is responsible for global accounting, financial control, reporting and compliance across Energos’ LNG and maritime infrastructure platform, supporting transparency, discipline and governance as the company scales.

She brings more than 13 years of experience in the maritime sector, most recently as Global Head of Accounting and Control at Team Tankers International. Previously, Michele served as Chief Accounting Officer at Principal Maritime Management, an Apollo-owned platform, where she supported complex asset structures and sponsor-backed reporting requirements.

Earlier in her career, she held senior finance and controller roles at multinational organisations including Aptuit, Benfield and Ethan Allen. Michele holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.

Brian leads commercial growth initiatives across Energos’ global LNG and maritime infrastructure platform, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective spanning strategy, finance and operations.

He has more than 20 years of experience across maritime, transportation and capital-intensive industries, including senior roles in operations, finance and strategy at Carnival. Earlier in his career, Brian worked at leading consultancies including Bain and Boston Consulting Group, advising on financial planning, program management and operational efficiency.

Brian previously served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, building a strong maritime foundation. His experience spans naval, cruise and LNG vessel construction, retrofit and operations. He graduated with High Honors from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dan oversees Energos’ global legal, contractual, compliance and risk assessment and response framework across its LNG and maritime infrastructure platform, advising on the company’s complex, capital-intensive projects and transactions worldwide.

With more than 30 years of experience across the legal, LNG and maritime sectors, he previously served as co-head of King & Spalding’s global LNG legal practice.  In that role, he advised governments, banks, sponsors, developers, transporters and traders on some of the world’s most significant energy infrastructure projects and transactions, including projects and transactions spanning the entire LNG industry spectrum, from liquefaction/export, to transportation (including LNG vessels and infrastructure), to storage and associated regasification and send-out, to structured LNG and gas commodity trading and hedging.

Dan combines expertise in project finance, regulation and complex transactional structuring and negotiation with extensive experience and understanding of all forms of LNG infrastructure development and operations.  He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Tim is responsible for the technical integrity, performance and lifecycle management of Energos’ global fleet of LNG and maritime infrastructure assets.

With more than 30 years of maritime experience, he brings deep engineering and operational expertise, having served in senior seagoing roles including Chief Engineer (Unlimited Motor and Gas Turbine) and Second Assistant Engineer (Unlimited Steam). His background spans vessel operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance and technical oversight across complex assets.

Prior to Energos, Tim held senior technical leadership roles including Vice President of Technical Services at Principal Maritime Management and Senior Fleet Superintendent at V.Group (V-Ships). He holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy.
